What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership based healthcare practice where you and your provider are directly connected without the middleman. It is an innovative model of primary care that gives providers more freedom to care for their patient's. DPC eliminates insurance related expenses and helps reduce patient monthly cost on medications, labs, and diagnostic tests. Our goal is to bring back the provider patient relationship.
What about health insurance?
Having insurance coverage for major health issues is important. Many patient's will choose to pair their healthcare with You First Health & Wellness with either a high deductible health plan, catastrophic plan or health sharing plan. Combining our direct primary care service along side this coverage can overall reduce cost of healthcare expenses.

Unlimited Visits in person or Tele-Visit
Annual Physical Exam with labs
Communication with provider via text, call or email
Next Day/Same Day Appt.
Reduced Lab Costs
In house pharmacy at a discounted rate
