Initial one hour consultation: The initial consultation includes complete history and physical.  Additionally we will go through labs one by one see you understand your health.  At the visit it will be more than just testosterone consultation, it includes vitamin and supplement counseling as well as additional services such as growth hormone optimization, weight loss, and primary care if interested.  The initial cost also includes first month of testosterone injections.
